Confidential in Chile is seeking a Country Manager / Business Development Manager to lead growth in infrastructure and road construction. You will drive sales, identify opportunities, and build key relationships with contractors, consultants, and government bodies while managing long sales cycles.
The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years in large-scale civil projects, excellent network in Chile, and willingness to travel extensively. English fluency is required alongside Spanish.
