El Sales Enablement Lead, tiene como objetivo principal maximizar la productividad del equipo de ventas, asegurando que los ejecutivos cuenten con las herramientas, conocimientos y estrategias necesarias para lograr sus metas de manera eficiente. Su función es lograr que el equipo comercial comprenda y aplique correctamente el modelo de ventas además de lograr la intensidad en términos de gestión, uso de manera efectiva las herramientas tecnológicas disponibles y se enfoque en el coaching y evaluación del modelo de venta consultiva de nuestro producto.
Tus responsabilidades serán:
- Que el equipo de venta vaya evolucionando en el cumplimiento de metas y objetivos, mejorando la forma de vender el producto enfocándose en que nuestros ejecutivos apliquen todos los casos de uso posible según las necesidades del cliente.
- Capacitación de los nuevos integrantes del equipo de ventas.
- Coaching y seguimiento continuo a los aspectos a reforzar de cada miembro del equipo, lo que debe llevar de una manera esquematizada y ordenada.
- Capacitar a los equipos sobre productos, mejoras y actualizaciones de los mismos.
- Capacitar respecto al uso y optimización de las herramientas de venta, así como también analizar constantemente nuevas herramientas de venta que puedan ser utilizadas por el equipo.
- Hacer seguimiento continuo para el correcto uso de las herramientas de venta.
- Colaboración con líderes de equipo para definir estrategias de optimización en los procesos de venta, levantar feedback continuo y gestión del talento.
- Estudios universitarios completos en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas, Business and Administration, marketing, Relaciones Públicas y/o carreras afines.
- Experiencia de al menos 3 años en ventas o liderazgo comercial.
- Experiencia en capacitación, coaching o desarrollo de equipos de venta.
- Deseable manejo de metodologías de ventas consultivas (SPIN Selling, Challenger, Sandler, etc.).
