Work Hours: 8am - 5pm
Hourly Salary: $15.00/hour
Duties: Answer and provide support to support calls to the ITS Help Desk. Assist Faculty, Staff and Students in person when they visit the Technology Support Center in MSC 190.
Experience: The ITS Technology Support Center has opportunities for motivated individuals with strong customer service skills and a basic understanding of computer technology. Team members need a friendly and positive attitude. IT experience preferred but not required.
