The Ward Law Group is seeking a Virtual Assistant contractor to support high-volume recruiting and maintain candidate flow, especially for late-week and after-hours submissions. This fully remote role emphasizes processing applicants, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with multiple teams.
You will communicate with candidates via email, phone, and SMS, help move candidates through the hiring pipeline, and ensure timely, accurate tracking using SmartRecruiters.
