Civil or Mining Engineer – Geotechnics, Tailings and/or Hydraulics Your future role on our team: Upon joining our Earth and Infrastructure team, you’ll assist in mining projects (tailings dams, water management systems, waste rock, open pit, etc.). As a consulting engineer, you’ll support a wide variety of tailings storage facilities and waste rock spoils projects, including dam safety inspections and reviews, field investigation, laboratory testing and interpretation, design and construction. Type of position: Regular With us, you’ll get the opportunity to… Assist in the execution of basic and detailed engineering projects in geotechnics and tailings Write technical documents, calculation notes, specifications and study reports Apply current standards and work methodologies, while continuously seeking improvement Attend internal and client coordination meetings Conduct field surveys and onsite studies Supervise project implementation in the field, when necessary Support the commissioning of tailings management systems and hydraulic structures Participate in cross-functional engineering projects, from design to field supervision Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers and technicians Develop innovative technical solutions that contribute to the sustainability and efficiency of tailings management Play an active role in continuously improving methodologies and work standards Present your technical developments and innovative solutions at industry conferences and technical forums, contributing to your professional growth and recognition Do your qualities and values match our corporate culture?
