This is a remote role, preferably based in Chile, but requires face-to-face interaction with customers and prospects. This position is primarily new business-focused. Must speak Spanish and fluent English. You will be joining a rapidly growing and successful team. Overview of Role Actively engage with prospective new customers both face to face and remotely to introduce Proofpoint products and our value proposition. Consistently research and proactively prospect within your assigned territory to identify potential new Proofpoint customers. Actively manage existing customers within the territory to maintain and grow their Proofpoint investment. Drive the entire sales process from start to finish including prospecting, opportunity identification, introductory meetings, product demonstrations, customer Q&A, as well as negotiation and closing. Team up with our expanding channel partner network to drive both net-new and incremental revenue. Interact with the management team in 1-1, team meetings and via forecasting and reporting to provide critical updates and strategic account planning. Fulfill internal obligations such as training and exams to ensure success in the field. May require modified work hours to cover accounts in other time zones and occasional travel for key accounts. Job Requirements Must speak fluent English and Spanish. 10+ years of experience selling cyber-security solutions in the Chile and ROLA market is strongly preferred. Relationships with senior cybersecurity executives (e.g. CISOs) will be viewed favorably. Strong grasp of value selling methodology to sell a premium product. Experience selling through channel partners. Track record of sustained success/over-achievement in a sales role. Experience managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and closing. Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) as well as organizational skills. Great attitude and a team player who will share their recipe(s) for success. Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM is a plus. Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience required.
