Affiliate Manager

Noche Gaming is an iGaming operator focused on building, launching, and scaling its own online casino brands. We operate end-to-end: product, marketing, player acquisition, and retention. Our approach is data-driven, performance-focused, and long-term. As we begin our entry into Latin America, affiliates are a core growth channel - and we are now looking to appoint an affiliate leader for the region. The Role We are hiring an experienced iGaming Affiliate Manager (LATAM) to take ownership of affiliate acquisition and growth for Noche Gaming’s in-house casino brands . This is a senior role with real responsibility and influence. You will work closely with leadership to shape LATAM strategy, scale high-quality partnerships, and drive sustainable player growth. Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and manage LATAM-focused iGaming affiliates Scale acquisition for Noche Gaming’s own online casino brands Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid agreements Monitor performance across traffic quality, conversions, LTV, and retention Identify and mitigate fraud and low-quality traffic Optimise performance by GEO, product, and affiliate type Collaborate with internal teams on offers, bonuses, localisation, and creatives Provide strategic input on LATAM market expansion and prioritisation Target Markets Experience in one or more of the following markets is required: Mexico Colombia Chile Argentina Requirements 2–5+ years’ experience as an iGaming Affiliate Manager Proven experience managing LATAM casino or sportsbook affiliates Strong understanding of casino acquisition economics and player value Comfortable working with tracking platforms, postbacks, and performance data Commercial mindset with a focus on profitability and long-term growth Fluent in English + Spanish and/or Portuguese Able to work independently in a remote environment Experience launching or scaling in-house casino brands Conference and industry event experience (SIGMA, SBC, iGB, etc.) What We Offer Direct access to founders and decision-makers Influence over acquisition strategy and market expansion Long-term growth opportunities as the business scales Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries: Gambling Facilities and Casinos Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Noche Gaming by 2x Santiago, Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile #J-18808-Ljbffr
