Accountabilities Lead and execute strategic initiatives to support operational growth and payroll excellence in your region. Analyze and optimize existing payroll and business processes, implementing scalable solutions. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Finance, Legal, People, and Compliance, to streamline workflows and enable operational efficiency. Manage relationships with external partners, government entities, and regulatory bodies to facilitate compliance and resolve issues. Track key operational metrics, generate insights, and report performance to leadership teams. Support contract execution, audits, and other operational requirements to maintain smooth business operations. Requirements 5+ years of experience in business operations, payroll management, consulting, or similar fast‑paced environments. Proven success in process design, implementation, and optimization. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation for operational decision‑making. Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and drive measurable results. Knowledge of local labor, business, or regulatory environments is highly desirable. Passion for operational excellence and improving processes in a global, distributed organization.
