En LemonTech , buscamos fortalecer nuestra red de alianzas para impulsar el crecimiento comercial y posicionar nuestras soluciones como referentes en Legaltech.El Partnerships Lead será el motor de la estrategia de alianzas en Chile, México, Perú y próximamente Colombia, identificando, evaluando y gestionando socios clave. Será responsable de co‑crear valor, evangelizar la transformación digital en la industria legal y generar demanda de ventas a través de alianzas estratégicas y programas de referidos y distribución. Principales Responsabilidades Identificar, evaluar y seleccionar socios estratégicos adecuados dentro del ecosistema legal para Chile, México, Perú y próximamente Colombia (ejemplo: Crear y planificar contenido para e‑mailings de las instituciones aliadas). Liderar la estrategia de alianzas con partners, referenciadores y distribuidores, incluyendo la comunicación, revisión y aprobación de contenido. Negociar acuerdos y términos de colaboración mutuamente beneficiosos con los socios: Acuerdos institucionales (universidades, gobierno, agrupaciones, etc.) Acuerdos de referal Acuerdos de partnership Acuerdos de distribución o resellers Generar demanda futura (SQL) para el área comercial de la empresa. Posicionar a LemonTech, como un referente colaborador Legaltech. Generar instancias educativas de networking y organizar mesas de trabajo con los partners. Realizar seguimiento diario al rendimiento y resultados definidos para las alianzas. Apoyar al equipo post‑venta (farmer) cuando se vean involucrados temas de alianzas e integraciones. Generar nuevos partners estratégicos en mercados donde no tenemos presencia o queremos reforzar presencia con resellers y referrals. Requisitos y Habilidades Más de 4 años de experiencia en roles analíticos o en analítica de negocio, ventas o áreas similares, preferentemente en entornos B2B, tecnología o SaaS, con enfoque en Partnerships. Formación universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing, Finanzas o campos afines. Competencias sólidas de comunicación verbal y escrita, negociación y manejo político con clientes, proveedores y stakeholders. Capacidad para gestionar relaciones públicas y comunicaciones, abrir mercados internacionales y comprender el mercado SaaS y la industria Legal. Habilidades de gestión de proyectos para coordinar integraciones de servicios y una orientación comercial marcada. Competencias y experiencia Deseables Habilidades de negociación avanzadas, foco en negocio y orientación al cliente. Experiencia comprobable en generación de ingresos a través de alianzas, y en trabajar con equipos multifuncionales (ventas, marketing, producto, finanzas y jurídico). Valoraremos experiencia previa en partnerships con universidades, instituciones gubernamentales, o grandes empresas del sector legaltech.
