Role Overview We’re looking for a proactive quality support specialist to provide assistance to the Quality function in the Americas, completing tasks as required. The role ensures compliance with company policies, internal controls, and procedures. Who Are We Looking For? Join us in office, three days a week to contribute, connect, and excel in our vibrant environment. Responsibilities Respond to basic QMS inquiries and provide guidance on QMS policies and procedures. Monitor compliance within internal tools, systems, processes, and workflows. Maintain accurate QMS records and documentation. Run and analyze compliance reports for the Quality Team. Conduct and support auditing of project teams and records. Provide outputs to the Americas Eco‑Region across time zones. Liaise with the Quality Team Leader and Quality Leader – Americas on ad‑hoc requests. Apply transactional outputs for business needs. Provide feedback on design and operation of tools, systems, processes, and workflows. Perform administrative functions and analysis, identifying and responding to QMS and overall business compliance issues. Respond to organizational changes. Support execution of the Americas Quality business plan. Analyze data to identify business problems and provide solutions. Assist with development of quality business policies and procedures. Qualifications Post‑secondary education in science or engineering, or 3‑5 years of similar experience. Understanding of business processes and enterprise data. Knowledge of traditional and modern concepts, and ability to learn new technologies quickly. Strong communication skills to explain regulations, policies, processes, and guidelines. Solid English communication skills (mandatory). Ability to break down information and document it clearly. Strong analysis and problem‑solving skills. Desire to self‑learn, upskill and continuously improve. Proactive and collaborative communication style. Team player, resilient, inclusive, and supportive. Well organized, detail oriented, results driven. Knowledge of data and enterprise systems, or solid experience in these areas. Familiarity with Power BI, BST, GRC, and SharePoint is favorable.
