En Buk estamos buscando a nuestr@ próxim@ Finance Analyst, quien tendrá el objetivo de ejecutar y optimizar los procesos de facturación y cobranza, asegurando una operación eficiente y automatizada, al tiempo que se brinda un servicio excepcional a nuestros clientes.
¿Cuáles serán sus desafíos?
- Gestionar el proceso de facturación, garantizando la precisión y puntualidad en la emisión de facturas.
- Colaborar en la automatización de procesos de facturación para aumentar la eficiencia operativa.
- Atender y resolver dudas complejas de clientes, manteniendo el compromiso de excelencia en nuestro servicio.
- Realizar seguimiento de la documentación requerida por los clientes para completar el proceso de facturación.
- Supervisar la cartera de cobranza, implementando estrategias efectivas para minimizar retrasos en los pagos.
- Utilizar canales digitales para gestionar la cobranza y optimizar la comunicación con los clientes.

¿Qué buscamos?
- Título en Contabilidad General, Administración de Empresas o carreras a fin.
- Experiencia previa en procesos de facturación y cobranza, preferentemente en entornos de alto volumen.
- Conocimientos en herramientas de automatización de procesos y sistemas de gestión financiera.
- Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Office.
- Experiencia en empresas SaaS y manejo de ERP de contabilidad (deseable).
