Job Description WeGive is seeking a skilled and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and oversee all aspects of marketing operations. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand recognition and achieve organizational goals. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and traditional advertising. Conduct market research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and provide insights for decision‑making. Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and engaging content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with target audiences. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to stay up to date and leverage new opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging and brand representation. Stay informed about nonprofit and church sector trends, challenges, and best practices to better understand our target audience and tailor marketing strategies accordingly. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role in the nonprofit, cause‑driven, or religious sector. Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. In‑depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data‑driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present ideas clearly and persuasively. Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Proactive and self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
