About This Role Xe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer. Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, the Senior Software Engineer will contribute to building our world-class money transfer product focusing on corporate users. Our platform uses C# .NET, Vue.js, Amazon Web Services (AWS), GitHub CI/CD, and the latest open-source testing frameworks. If you have a passion for backend development in C# .NET or, better, full-stack and are familiar with one of the mainstream JavaScript frameworks, we'd like to meet you. We contribute to our community Roles & Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable software systems. Lead technical design and architecture discussions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, DevOps) to define, build, and deliver high-quality solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues. Review code, mentor junior engineers, and enforce engineering best practices. Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to our systems. Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
