Sobre el Equipo/Rol Buscamos Software Engineer Senior para unirse a nuestro equipo de Orquestación de Datos (Data Orchestration). Este equipo es fundamental para nuestra misión, ya que construye y mantiene los sistemas que potencian las verificaciones de antecedentes (background checks) precisas y eficientes en múltiples dominios, incluidos antecedentes penales, laborales, educativos y otras fuentes clave. Como Software Engineer en el equipo de Orquestación de Datos, trabajarás en proyectos de alto impacto que contribuyen directamente a la funcionalidad central de los servicios de verificación de antecedentes de Checkr. Serás fundamental para mejorar nuestro enrutamiento y sistemas de búsqueda, potenciar las capacidades de manipulación de datos y asegurar la fiabilidad y precisión de nuestros sistemas de búsqueda de registros. Lo que harás Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener sistemas escalables y eficientes para la búsqueda de registros. Optimizar los algoritmos, el enrutamiento y los sistemas de búsqueda para mejorar la velocidad y la precisión de las verificaciones de antecedentes. Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para implementar y mejorar las funcionalidades de búsqueda. Garantizar la integridad de los datos y el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y de privacidad. Participar en discusiones de arquitectura y contribuir a la toma de decisiones técnicas. Orientar (mentor) a ingenieros junior y promover las mejores prácticas dentro del equipo. Solucionar problemas complejos en entornos de producción. Trabajar estrechamente con gerentes de producto (Product Managers) y otras partes interesados para definir e implementar nuevas funcionalidades. Lo que aportarás Dominio avanzado del inglés es obligatorio. Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad híbrida en Santiago, vamos 3 días de la semana a la oficina. +5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software full-stack. Fuerte dominio de al menos uno de los siguientes lenguajes: Ruby (preferido), Python o Golang. Experiencia con algoritmos de búsqueda y procesamiento de datos a gran escala. Sólida comprensión de los sistemas de bases de datos, tanto SQL como NoSQL. Familiaridad con tecnologías en la nube (preferiblemente AWS). Conocimiento de las mejores prácticas de seguridad y las preocupaciones sobre la privacidad de los datos. Experiencia con arquitectura de microservicios y API RESTful. Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y atención al detalle. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno colaborativo. Elementos deseables (Nice to have) Conocimiento básico de conceptos de machine learning y sus aplicaciones en búsqueda y procesamiento de datos.
