Where you'll create impact You’ll own end-to-end recruiting across engineering, AI/ML, product, and leadership roles You’ll build and deliver a high-velocity sourcing engine using creative strategies across communities, open source, and events You’ll collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define profiles, assessments, and positioning You’ll solve complex talent challenges with first-principles thinking and high-speed execution You’ll drive measurable hiring outcomes that accelerate DualEntry’s growth You’ll manage and guide 1–2 sourcers to maximize output and scale capacity You’ll build our employer brand and candidate pitch from the ground up What sets you up for success 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups Proven track record sourcing and closing top engineering and product talent Deep expertise in technical sourcing, market segmentation, ATS workflows, and recruiting analytics Practical, high-speed recruiting approach with strong ownership Experience building recruiting functions, processes, and candidate experience systems Hardcore work ethic and high agency Why you’ll thrive here Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world You’re joining early and will grow with DualEntry Your feedback shapes the product directly High-speed culture High-trust environment with high expectationsEquity: ~$40K USD Remote-first team - the fastest team you will have ever worked with Time Off: 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays Early-stage role with high autonomy and real long-term upside If you’re excited by fast pace building, ownership, and the chance to define the future of finance technology, we’d love to hear from you At DualEntry, we believe great products come from diverse teams.
