Join our team and join forces with colleagues across our business to maximise our company’s positive impact on patients and their families.- You will be working closely with the Hiring Manager and the HR BP to fill positions on expert and management level across the LatAm region.**What the job looks like** **Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as**: - Build a strong pipeline of diverse talent across different functions and levels - Collaborate with hiring managers and HR BPs to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish recruitment strategies - Organization of and representation of Grünenthal at digital or f2f recruiting events - Continuously scout recruiting trends - Accompany new hires through our standardized onboarding process **What you’ll bring to the table** **To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have**: - 10+ years of experience in international recruiting, preferably in a pharmaceutical company or a recruiting agency focused on life sciences - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems) - Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment for operational and commercial roles on expert and managment level - Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese - Deep understanding of the LatAm talent market and cultural nuances **___________________** **_"Shape our future of recruitment in LatAm — your insights and drive will set new standards of excellence."_** Marlen Brandl, the Hiring Manager About Grünenthal Grünenthal is a global leader in pain management and related diseases.
