A DAY IN THE LIFE Develop and implement omnichannel category action plans aimed at driving growth for both the market and our brands (achieving over-proportional growth versus the market). This involves developing win-win partnership strategies with our clients, adapting the product mix, and optimizing category shelf-reordering, all supported by market insights and shopper studies. Ensure and develop joint category action plans in collaboration with customers. Define merchandising and display guidelines for our brands at our retail partners. Leverage domestic and international category insights to provide actionable knowledge to the division and our clients. Lead cross-category projects and initiatives. Requirements 2-4 years of experience in Commercial areas. Bachelor degree in business administration. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Be curious and task oriented.
