Para una empresa salmonera ubicada en Puerto Montt nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Project Manager Junior altamente organizado y proactivo para unirse a nuestro equipo de TI.Este rol se centra en el seguimiento y la gestión de proyectos relacionados con SAP, asegurando el cumplimiento de fechas y la correcta coordinación entre las áreas involucradas.

Responsabilidades generales:

Supervisar el avance de proyectos, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos y objetivos.
Elaborar y mantener actualizada la carta Gantt de los proyectos.
Facilitar la comunicación y colaboración entre los diferentes equipos y áreas de la organización.
Realizar informes periódicos sobre el estado de los proyectos y presentar actualizaciones a la gerencia.
Identificar riesgos y proponer soluciones para asegurar el éxito de los proyectos.

Requisitos:

Formación en administración de proyectos, ingeniería, informática o carreras afines.
Conocimientos básicos en administración de proyectos (no es necesario especialización en SAP).
Habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y mover áreas involucradas hacia el cumplimiento de objetivos.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
