S3 Chile, una empresa líder en el sector de los Call Center, está en la búsqueda de un Quality Lead excepcional para unirse a nuestro equipo. **Responsabilidades**:
1. Supervisar y gestionar el equipo de control de calidad, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares y procedimientos establecidos.
2. Diseñar e implementar programas de control de calidad para asegurar que los agentes de nuestro Call Center brinden un servicio óptimo a nuestros clientes.
3. Realizar evaluaciones y análisis regulares de las interacciones de los agentes con los clientes, identificando áreas de mejora y proporcionando retroalimentación constructiva y formativa.
4. Generar informes y métricas de rendimiento de calidad y presentarlos a la alta dirección, sugiriendo acciones correctivas y preventivas necesarias.
5. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de formación y desarrollo para asegurar que los agentes reciban el entrenamiento y la capacitación adecuada en materia de calidad.
**Requisitos**:
1. Bachiller o Licenciado en Administración, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial, entre otros.
2. Experiência acreditada en posiciones de Jefe de Calidad en un entorno de Call Center.
3. Conocimiento profundo de las mejores prácticas y estándares de calidad en la atención al cliente.
4. Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas para identificar y abordar áreas de mejora en la calidad del servicio.
5. Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en equipos multidisciplinarios y mantener una comunicación clara y efectiva con todos los níveles de la organización.
6. Habilidades de liderazgo y motivación para gestionar y desarrollar un equipo de control de calidad.
