Gasfiter / Base Maintenance Specialist

Overview En AURA, nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona que pueda desarrollar el rol de Gasfíter para desempeñarse en el recinto AURA en La Serena. El puesto contempla labores de gasfitería, mantención de edificios e instalaciones, apoyo en reparaciones, confección de llaves, obras civiles menores y trabajos de carpintería, pintura y techumbres. Funciones Principales Realizar trabajos de gasfitería en sistemas de gas, agua y alcantarillado (incluyendo soldadura en plata). Mantención y reparación de grifería, calefont, calderas, cerraduras, puertas y ventanas. Desobstrucción de alcantarillados y desagües sanitarios. Ejecución de estucos, enlucidos, pinturas y reparaciones menores en infraestructura. Construcción de cámaras domiciliarias de alcantarillado, moldajes y hormigonados. Revisión de estanques de agua y gas, lectura de medidores, reporte de fallas. Ordenamiento y mantención de áreas de trabajo (oficinas, talleres, patios, accesos). Control y chequeo de trabajos realizados por contratistas. Cumplir con la gestión y cuidado de los activos de AURA. Requisitos Educacionales Educación Nivel Medio Completa. Deseable formación técnica en mecánica industrial o construcción. Deseable formación como Técnico en Obras Sanitarias o contar con certificación en instalación de Obras Sanitarias. Experiencia Al menos 5 años de experiencia en labores de gasfitería, construcción y mantención. Habilidades Deseadas Experiencia específica en mecánica industrial o construcción. Certificación SEC como instalador de gas. Conocimiento en uso de equipos y herramientas de mantenimiento. Certificación en Soldadura. Habilidades y Competencias Conocimiento en instalaciones de gas, agua y alcantarillado. Capacidad para armar andamios (hasta 3 cuerpos) y trabajar en altura. Manejo de herramientas eléctricas y a combustión (demoledores, esmeriles, taladros, etc.). Capacidad para generar listados de materiales y mantener controles básicos. Conocimientos en Prevención de riesgos. Capacidad para resolver problemas. Manejo computacional a nivel usuario (Windows, correo electrónico e Internet). Licencia de Conducir Clase B vigente y buen historial de conducción. Requerimientos físicos del cargo Movilidad, fuerza y destreza en brazos, manos y piernas para manipular herramientas, levantar y mover objetos de hasta 23 kilos o más. Capacidad para trabajar en diferentes posiciones: de pie, en movimiento, arrodillado o agachado. Aprobar el Examen Preocupacional para trabajo en altura física. Visión cercana, percepción profunda y ajuste de enfoque adecuados. Capacidad auditiva y oral suficiente para recibir instrucciones y responder en situaciones de trabajo o emergencia.
