Industrial Engineer The manager needs candidates who have worked in a manufacturing environment. Location: Onsite - San Antonio Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. Overtime may be required mainly on Fridays but could also be some Saturdays as per project needs. Pay: *** - *** depending on experience We are looking for at least 3 years of experience and preferably, but not required, in the Automotive/Truck industry. Education: Engineering degree is a must; Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing preferred. Plan: 6‑month contract with potential extension based on project requirements. Must Haves AutoCAD Experience (2D and 3D layouts) Manufacturing Experience (Line balance, PFMEA, process mapping, Standard work, etc.) Mfg. Tooling and Equipment Installation Experience Engineering Degree Responsibilities Support engineering projects developing technical drawings that help translate engineering and architectural designs into detailed plans used in building products and structures. Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to clarify design specifications, layout updates using AutoCAD software, and place and follow up purchase orders for new tooling and equipment. Verify design drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Qualifications & Requirements Extensive working knowledge of AutoCAD software (2D and 3D) to prepare technical drawings efficiently. Ability to analyze design sketches and specifications to create technical drawings. Strong attention to detail to ensure drawings are accurate according to specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals. Time‑management skills to work on multiple projects and competing deadlines. Knowledge of engineering practices and industry standards. Advanced mathematical skills. Ability to perform physical measurements to create layouts as required. Coordinate multidisciplinary projects and review between departments and stakeholders. Create and follow up profile sheets to monitor and guide completion of activities. Experience with manufacturing tools and equipment to support prototype pilot build constructions. Availability to work overtime and/or weekends as required per project deliverables. Knowledge of MS Office to perform analysis and prepare executive presentations. Previous manufacturing Automotive/Truck industry experience is a plus.
