PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN Garantizar que los locales de nuestros clientes cuenten con nuestros productos en sus góndolas, optimizando el stock para evitar quiebres y sobreinventarios, asegurando entregas en tiempo y forma. Los Objetivos Principales Optimización del producto: Monitorear ventas y niveles de inventario para asegurar disponibilidad en puntos de venta. Gestión y análisis: Controlar indicadores clave como Instock, DOH (Days of Inventory on Hand), Fill Rate y OSA (On‑Shelf Availability). Relación con clientes: Mantener una comunicación efectiva para garantizar flujo continuo de productos y ejecución de acuerdos colaborativos. Coordinación promocional: Distribuir stock según actividades promocionales planificadas, evitando quiebres durante campañas. Liderazgo: Impulsar la agenda colaborativa con clientes (T2T / hábitos de compra) y liderar el equipo de Order Management para asegurar eficiencia. Las Principales Responsabilidades Elaborar pronósticos de demanda y coordinar planes de reposición con clientes clave. Analizar datos de ventas, inventarios y tendencias para optimizar la planificación. Gestionar KPIs críticos: Instock, DOH, Fill Rate, OSA. Coordinar la distribución de stock para campañas y promociones. Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua en procesos CPFR y Supply Chain. Generar reportes periódicos para la toma de decisiones estratégicas. ¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR? Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración o carreras afines. Experiencia en planificación de demanda, Supply Chain o áreas comerciales. Manejo avanzado de herramientas de análisis (Excel, Power BI, SAP). Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y trabajo colaborativo. Deseable experiencia en entornos CPFR o gestión con clientes clave. Conocimientos en programación (ej. Python) son un plus. INDICADORES DE DESEMPEÑO (KPIs) Precisión del pronóstico (%) Nivel de servicio / tasa de cumplimiento (Fill Rate) Reducción de quiebres de stock (Instock / DOH / exhibiciones) Rotación de inventario Benefits Modelo híbrido de trabajo.
