Specialist, Procurement Master Data Support Introducción Estamos en búsqueda de talentos para la posición de Specialist, Procurement Master Data Support que será responsable del mantenimiento de datos maestros y Servicios de Indirect Procurement (IPRO) en SAP, apoyando y dando soporte a los equipos de SOURCING y de compras operativas PURCHASING con sus solicitudes de datos maestros a nivel de cadena de suministro, incluyendo además las operaciones de planificación y logística de PSE. Apoyar a las partes interesadas en el proceso de Sourcing PSE & IPRO con todo tipo de solicitudes de datos maestros a nivel de la cadena de suministro. También incluye liderar y coordinar diferentes tipos de desarrollos e iniciativas de mejora en el proceso de Compra, automatización y disminución de la transaccionalidad. Qué deberá hacer Mantención del Maestro de Materiales y Servicios en SAP.
Creación y extensión de materiales y Servicios. Cargas Masivas (Materiales, Servicios, Vendors, Contratos Marco, PIR & Source List) Configuración de BOM. Bloqueos y reemplazos. Key User de diferentes plataformas WEB como Jagger / SIEVO / Contract Library.
Coordinar las evaluaciones trimestrales de proveedores. Respecto a las labores en las cuales se ve involucrado, cumplir con los procedimientos que implica la acreditación, certificación y mantención de Normas ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 y OSHAS 18001:2007. Qué perfil laboral debes tener Formación académica: Estudios Universitarios Ingeniería o Administración Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia laboral, desempeñando funciones similares. (Deseable). Conocimientos Esperados: SAP Hanna / SAPhire en módulo maestros materiales y Procurement.
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) Nivel – Intermedio/Avanzado. Análisis y Gestión de Información.
