Diseñar y desarrollar informes que respondan a preguntas de la compañía, utilizando diversas herramientas y plataformas como Data Services(ETL), SAP BW, Excel, SQL, Power BI. Garantizar la precisión, fiabilidad y puntualidad de los datos y los informes, mediante la aplicación de controles de calidad, procesos de validación y estándares de gobernanza de datos. Gestionar el calendario de informes y la distribución de los informes a los clientes internos ej. RRHH, Vicepresidencia, Reguladores internos y externos.

Desarrollar acciones analíticas y brindar asesoramiento en el marco de la gestión de los proyectos y programas requeridos por la organización.

Capacidad de comunicar data y resultados a directivos/as y otros miembros del equipo. Es un papel importante para los procesos de elaboración de propuestas y en la creación de valor para las distintas áreas de negocio dentro de la compañía.

BI Developer , el o la cual deberá diseñar y desarrollar informes que respondan a preguntas de la compañía, utilizando diversas herramientas y plataformas como Data Services(ETL), SAP BW, Excel, SQL, Power BI.

Funciones Principales del Puesto:

  • Reportabilidad para los países de la región, Chile, Bolivia, Argentina y Uruguay, recopilando y depurando grandes conjuntos de datos para garantizar su exactitud y análisis. (25%)
  • Manejo y seguimiento de KPIS del área, presentando los resultados del análisis de manera clara y concisa a la compañía para que puedan tomar mejores decisiones con relación al negocio (25%)
  • Propuestas y participación en diversos proyectos del área, tanto como dueños del proceso, así como también acompañando las iniciativas que se generen desde el área de expertiz. (25%)
  • Realización y entrega de información para la mejora continua, mantención de procesos y mejora de los mismos relacionados con su área de expertiz (25%)

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniero industrial, estadístico, Informática, Computación.
  • 2 a 3 años de experiencia realizando roles similares en empresas multinacionales.
  • Idioma inglés deseable que le permita desarrollar sus labores diarias.
  • Manejo y análisis de datos.
  • Competente en SQL o T-SQL o ABAP.
  • Desarrollo de Power BI.
  • Familiaridad con los principios de diseño de almacén de datos Kimball vs Inmon.
  • 1 año en rol actual.
  • Nivel mínimo de postulación es 3B o Técnico A.
