Marketing Production Designer at BairesDev As a Marketing Production Designer, you’ll be responsible for producing and adapting marketing assets that support brand and growth initiatives across multiple channels. From presentations and digital campaigns to event kits and vendor‑ready files, you’ll deliver high‑quality, on‑brand creative materials that meet the needs of internal clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate with brand, marketing, and enablement teams, manage and organize digital asset libraries, and prepare files for digital, social, and print outputs. You’ll also coordinate with external vendors for motion, video, and print production, ensuring assets are delivered on time and at the highest standard. This is a role for a designer who thrives on variety, precision, and collaboration in a fast‑paced, global team. What You’ll Do: Produce marketing design elements and assets, including layouts, slides, presentations, and graphics. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement (MSE) teams to produce art files for physical items such as gift kits, promotional materials, and event items. Rebuild and adapt marketing assets in alignment with new visual guidelines. Manage external vendors for outsourced projects, including video editing and motion design. Manage, optimize, and organize the design asset library for scalability and efficiency. What We Are Looking For: 3+ years of experience producing digital marketing assets (slides, web pages, banners, ads). 2+ years of experience in B2B or tech social media roles. 1+ years of experience leading social media strategy.
