About the Role We’re seeking a full‑time Web Designer (Marketing‑Focused) to join our team and help craft seamless and engaging user experiences across our projects. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing fully responsive visuals from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional user experiences. Your primary focus will include creating marketing landing pages, managing related advertisements, and executing branding initiatives. For candidates outside the EST time zone, this position requires some overlap with EST working hours. Seniority Level Senior Level Responsibilities Design marketing materials such as landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements that align with the brand’s visual identity and marketing goals. Maintain brand consistency across all design assets in accordance with brand guidelines. Develop visuals for marketing campaigns, including banners and promotional materials. Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences. Analyze industry trends and competitor designs to create innovative and effective marketing materials. Develop information architecture and user flows to create intuitive user experiences. Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate designs. Ensure designs are accessible to users with diverse abilities and needs, staying updated on accessibility standards. Design visually appealing, user‑friendly interfaces, create low‑ and high‑fidelity wireframes, and develop interactive prototypes. Produce detailed visual and interaction assets, style guides, and design systems for seamless implementation. Prepare comprehensive design handoffs to engineering teams. Stay up‑to‑date with industry design trends and technologies. Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Drive collaborative client interactions to elevate designs beyond expectations. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring high quality deliverables. Strategically align design efforts with overall business goals and make informed decisions. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B environment, including agency, tech, or freelance work. Startup agency experience is a big plus. Graphic Design Skills: Expertise in creating compelling visual content with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools. UI Skills: Expertise in creating scalable UI designs for desktop and mobile using Figma and Adobe Suite. Web Mastery: Advanced proficiency in web design, with deep understanding of user interfaces, user experience principles, and the ability to create visually compelling user‑friendly websites. Organization: Skilled in systemic design for team‑wide use, covering components, typography, colors, grids, and margins. Accountable: Take ownership, solve problems independently, and commit to project success. Communication: Effective team and client communication, presenting research and design concepts. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of print and digital work. Experience with Figma and Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop is a plus. Excellent communication skills.
