Practicante Ingeniero/a Comercial en Business Development

¿Estás buscando una oportunidad para aprender y contribuir en un entorno dinámico e innovador? En Zoön Loyalty buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a Comercial en práctica que quiera desarrollar habilidades en Business Development, mientras nos ayuda a expandir nuestras soluciones en el mercado.

En Zoön Loyalty desarrollamos soluciones de fidelización para consumidores y empleados, creando conexiones significativas entre personas, marcas y organizaciones. Utilizamos tecnología avanzada y ciencias del comportamiento para impulsar el compromiso y la lealtad. Actualmente estamos en un emocionante proceso de expansión, incluyendo nuestra entrada al mercado de Estados Unidos.

¿Qué harás como practicante en Business Development?

  1. Investigación de mercado: Identificar oportunidades y analizar tendencias de la industria.
  2. Prospección de clientes: Apoyar en la generación y calificación de leads para nuevos negocios.
  3. Análisis comercial: Evaluar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) y preparar reportes estratégicos para la toma de decisiones.
  4. Apoyo en estrategias de ventas: Trabajar junto al equipo comercial para diseñar propuestas de valor y presentaciones para clientes potenciales.
  5. Colaboración en campañas: Participar en la planificación y ejecución de campañas comerciales para promover nuestras soluciones de fidelización.

Lo que buscamos en ti:

  1. Estudiante de último año o egresado/a de Ingeniería Comercial o carrera afín.
  2. Interés por el área de negocios, desarrollo comercial y tecnología.
  3. Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar datos relevantes para la estrategia de negocio.
  4. Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
  5. Proactividad, organización y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  6. Dominio de inglés intermedio-avanzado (deseable).

Duración y modalidad:
