Lead, coach, and manage a team of 4 marketing professionals to achieve set targets and foster a high-performance culture. Prospect, identify, and cultivate new accounts and business opportunities to increase market penetration. Manage and optimize visibility tools and programs to boost brand awareness and customer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational efficiency. Enhance associate engagement through motivational leadership, ongoing communication, and development initiatives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies. Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
