Funciones del cargo Desarrollar y entrenar modelos de Machine Learning , asegurando su correcta implementación, validación y ajuste según los objetivos del negocio. Aplicar técnicas de Procesamiento del Lenguaje Natural (NLP) para resolver problemas complejos, integrando LLMs, RAGs, embeddings y arquitecturas de agentes inteligentes. Implementar buenas prácticas de observabilidad y monitoreo en modelos desplegados, incluyendo tracking de métricas clave, alertas y registros. Realizar pruebas, mediciones de performance y mejoras continuas de accuracy en los modelos existentes. Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios (científicos de datos, ingenieros, producto) para alinear soluciones técnicas con necesidades estratégicas. Utilizar herramientas y librerías en Python como TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, entre otras, para el desarrollo de soluciones de inteligencia artificial. Requerimientos del cargo Nivel de inglés: Intermedio/avanzado (B2/C1). Experiencia en Machine Learning, incluyendo desarrollo y entrenamiento de modelos. Experiencia en AI Forecasting (excluyente), específicamente con: Modelos de series temporales tradicionales (ARIMA, Prophet). Redes neuronales recurrentes (RNN, LSTM). Transformers aplicados a predicción. Modelos multivariables para forecasting sobre grandes volúmenes de datos. Experiencia en NLP (Procesamiento del Lenguaje Natural): LLMs (Large Language Models). RAGs (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Embeddings. Arquitecturas de agentes inteligentes. Buenas prácticas de observabilidad y monitoreo. Medición de métricas, testing y mejora de accuracy. Sólido manejo de Python y librerías como TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, entre otras. Experiencia trabajando con grandes volúmenes de datos y construcción de pipelines de ML.
