Your Day With Equisoft Configure business processes based on defined business requirements Configure product features (such as calculations) based on product specifications Load product rates and define product parameters Configure access and security roles Use OIPA built‑in functionality where possible to meet business requirements Work with the technical team to ensure integration points are supported through configuration Maintain and grow insurance industry and technical knowledge competencies Requirements Technical Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 3 years of relevant Experience Programming experience, specifically in procedural programming Strong understanding of SQL and general database concepts (query building and optimization) Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish Good written and verbal communication skills in English Soft Skills Strong sense of organization and prioritizing Analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information Ability to multi‑task in a rapid‑paced environment Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline Nice to Haves Experience with Insurance Policy Administration is a strong asset As a condition of employment, English (written and oral) is a requirement at Equisoft.
