Join NAGA We are currently seeking a LATAM Marketing Manager to join our talented team.   • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for LATAM, ensuring alignment with NAGA's global objectives while tailoring initiatives to local market needs.
  • Manage and implement marketing campaigns hands-on, leveraging freelancers, agencies, and the global marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Localize global marketing efforts for LATAM audiences, ensuring cultural and market relevance.
  • Develop and run full local marketing campaigns, including digital, offline, and influencer strategies to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key local stakeholders, including media, influencers, and strategic partners, to increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, reporting on key metrics such as ROI, market penetration, and campaign effectiveness to drive continuous optimization.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient resource allocation.
  • Scale the marketing function by gradually recruiting, onboarding, and leading a local team as the business grows.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing management, ideally within fintech, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the LATAM market, particularly Chile, with proven experience in adapting marketing strategies to local trends, behaviors, and regulations.
  • Hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns, including working with agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable marketing results, including brand growth, user acquisition, and engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
