Our Vision Strive to be a global premier innovative technology corporation, deliver excellent contribution to green energy resolution for mankind, and provide a platform of pursuing the spiritual and material well-being for employees Responsibilities Tax Compliance: Coordinate with external tax advisors and authorities to ensure timely submission of tax filings and compliance reports. Review local tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support tax audits and address any tax-related issues. Coordinate with business departments, review contracts, support project analysis, make payment approval and etc. based on standard instruction of the company. Financial Reporting: Complete monthly accounting posting and closing, providing related reporting per revealing requests. Analyze variances to budget and prior periods, investigate root causes and propose corrective actions to minimize deviations. Complete the annual budget and monthly forecast of the company, including cost budgets and forecasts, incorporating historical trends, market conditions, and strategic initiatives. Audit and Internal Controls: Assist in internal and external audit processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal control standards. Promote digitalization through data management. Optimize financial-related internal control processes and supervise compliance; Financial Document Management: Manage and maintain financial records in accordance with local tax regulations and company policies. Other financial work required by work supervisor, including but not limit to understand the group's demands, promote communication and understanding among shareholders, and effectively coordinate and promote the implementation of investment goals. Requirements Bachelor degree or above in Tax or Account major Familiar with relevant laws and regulations, have a systematic knowledge of Finance or Tax; have strong organizational leadership, risk prevention, contingency decision-making, and comprehensive coordination capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Around 10-15 years working experience in tax or accounting department. Finance related experience in South Korea, Japan, China Taiwan would be prefered; Excellent English is must, and Chinese will be prefered; Ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong sense of responsibility and high integrity, with the ability to adhere to principles and professional standards. Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and proactively drive tasks forward. Strong communication skills with proven ability to resolve conflicts effectively in a professional manner.
