Job Summary Our US‑based client is the O.G. online gallery platform with 10+ years of history and tens of thousands of photographers. Under new ownership as of 2022, they’re entering a new chapter of growth and product expansion. As the Business Operations Engineer (Growth & Integrations), you’ll be the technical backbone behind the tools that keep the business running. You’ll connect the marketing site, CRM, product, and data tools so that photographers discover, activate, and actually use the features that help them earn more. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and operations. You’ll work closely with our CEO and General Manager to implement light integrations, build automations, and ship projects that drive revenue from our users and save our team time. They allow photographers to upload their photos to beautifully‑designed online galleries, deliver them to clients, and sell high‑quality print products through world‑class labs. They’re now expanding their feature set through a deep integration, and they need a Growth Engineer to help them unlock that potential. Software Engineering Background (5–7 years): Experience in software development or integrations roles, ideally in SaaS or product‑led growth environments. Technical Diversity: Demonstrated experience building integrations, serverless functions, or light backend services using AWS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and API‑first tools like HubSpot. APIs & Webhooks: Comfortable setting up, authenticating, and managing REST APIs and webhook flows between tools (e.g., CRM ↔ product ↔ data tools). Front‑End Familiarity: Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and how marketing sites (ideally Webflow) connect to backend systems and tracking. Prior Management Experience: This role will lead a small backend/technical team of 3–4 people. The team is execution‑focused, so this person will be both a people manager and a hands‑on technical owner.
