Site Reliability Engineer – Remote (Latin America) FullStack is a transparent IT talent network that connects highly skilled individuals with global companies for remote, project‑based work. The Opportunity Join our talent network and work as a Site Reliability Engineer with U.S. clients on flexible, project‑based assignments. You will integrate directly into our client’s team and collaborate with their designers and engineers on a daily basis. Responsibilities Integrate with client teams and systems. Manage and maintain production infrastructure. Work on large, complex systems and troubleshoot production issues. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery processes. Contribute to libraries and tools as needed. Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience as a Site Reliability Engineer. 5+ years of professional experience with Linux systems and tooling. Advanced English proficiency. Successful completion of a four‑year college degree. Deep expertise with Kubernetes, specifically Amazon EKS. Strong experience managing containers using Docker. Hands‑on AWS experience (EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Load Balancers, Route 53). Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure‑as‑Code workflows. Strong background building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Expertise with Git‑based version control systems. Fluency in Python or Bash scripting. Solid understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, load balancing. Experience with observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK). Knowledge of cloud and container security best practices. Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis. Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed. Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications. Forensic attention to detail. A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude. Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams. Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
