Marketing Data Analyst (New Graduate) Marsh McLennan has an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join the Marketing team in our Santiago, Chile office (Parque Titanium). We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst responsible for transforming information into actionable insights that support strategic and tactical decisions. What is in it for you? Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and analyze data from campaigns and digital channels (e.g., email, social media, paid media, web analytics). Generate recurring and ad‑hoc reports for Marketing and Sales stakeholders. Identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities in Marketing initiatives. Support the construction and automation of dashboards (e.g., MPOWER, Power BI). Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to align key metrics (KPIs). Contribute to the definition and monitoring of Marketing area KPIs. Ensure quality and consistency in the data sources used. Qualifications New graduate or bachelor’s degree with graduation no more than 4 years ago. Internship experience or no more than 4 years of professional experience. English language fluency. Advanced use of MPOWER and Excel. Experience managing MQLs. Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with key Digital Marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.). Audience segmentation skills. Data flows and information quality management. What makes you stand out?
