We are seeking for our next
Marketing Data Analyst
responsible for transforming information into actionable insights that support the strategic and tactical decisions of the area.

We will count on you to:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from campaigns and digital channels (e.g., email, social media, paid media, web analytics).
- Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports for Marketing and Sales stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities in Marketing initiatives.
- Support the construction and automation of dashboards (e.g., MPOWER, Power BI).
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to align key metrics (KPIs).
- Contribute to the definition and monitoring of Marketing area KPIs.
- Ensure quality and consistency in the data sources used.
What you need to have:
- New graduate or a bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years.
- Internship experience or no more than 4 years
- English language fluency
- Advanced use of MPOWER and Excel.
- Management of MQLs
- Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with key Digital Marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.).
- Audience segmentation.
- Data flows and information quality.
