What You’ll Do Run payroll for US team through Gusto : process payroll, handle employee changes, ensure accurate pay runs and filings as needed. Run payroll for Chile team : process payroll, handle employee changes, ensure accurate pay runs and filings as needed. Bookkeeping & reporting : manage monthly bookkeeping, reconcile accounts, and produce clear financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and custom reports as needed). Tax support & submissions : prepare and submit required US + Chile tax filings on schedule (sales/VAT, payroll-related, and other business filings as applicable). Accounts receivable : create and send invoices, track collections, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain accurate AR records. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in bookkeeping/accounting (startup or small business experience is a plus) Strong understanding of reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting Comfortable managing tax compliance and deadlines Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Ability to communicate clearly with non-finance teammates Ability to figure things out. Nice to Have Experience with QuickBooks Experience setting up or improving accounting processes Compensation: $1,000 - $2,000 USD monthly #J-18808-Ljbffr
