IT Support Specialist 2-3 month long - Remote - Latin America FullStack is a remote, on-demand IT talent network connecting highly-skilled professionals with top global companies. We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide dedicated support to our U.S. client. Opportunity In this role you will integrate directly into our client's team, working alongside designers and engineers to deliver high-quality IT support for end‑users in a fast-paced environment. Provide end‑user support for Microsoft Intune, endpoint configuration, device compliance, and Windows 10/11 management. Support identity and authentication workflows through Entra ID (Azure AD) and Citrix VDI. Handle user onboarding/offboarding workflows, account provisioning, and hardware preparation. Document processes and solutions in ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management. Requirements 3+ years of professional IT support experience in a corporate or managed services environment. Advanced English proficiency. Complete a four-year college degree. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint configuration, device compliance, Windows 10/11 management. Experience supporting identity and authentication workflows through Entra ID (Azure AD). Experience with Citrix VDI (Workspace, Virtual Apps and Desktops) in production environments. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, IP configuration). Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues in end‑user environments. Experience documenting processes, asset data, and technical resolutions. Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management. Ability to work independently, resolve difficult issues, and escalates complex cases when necessary. Forensic attention to detail and a positive can‑do attitude. Ability to work 40 hours per week. Strong ownership mindset and dedication to client commitments.
