Havas, agencia de publicidad y marketing, está en búsqueda de un/a Talent Attraction & Development Analyst, que le apasione trabajar con personas, descubrir talento e impulsar el crecimiento de los equipos. Tus principales funciones serán: Liderar los procesos de reclutamiento y selección, desde el levantamiento de perfil y publicación hasta entrevistas psicolaborales y carta oferta. Gestionar el ingreso de nuevos colaboradores, coordinando y cumpliendo plazos con áreas involucradas. Velar por el cumplimiento de todas las etapas del Onboarding de nuevos ingresos, haciendo seguimiento periódico con cada colaborador. Esto incluye organizar la inducción presencial mensual. Recibir a los nuevos ingresos con su kit de bienvenida, asegurando que siempre haya inventario. Liderar el plan de prácticas, incluyendo reclutamiento y selección de practicantes y realizando los hitos dentro del proceso de práctica. Mantener y fomentar nuevas alianzas con universidades, generando instancias durante el año como actividades presenciales en la agencia o en universidades, participación en ferias laborales, etc. Apoyar activamente en el programa de calidad de vida y el programa de reconocimiento de la empresa. Participar en otros procesos y proyectos del área de personas (Ej: fechas efemérides, eventos, etc.) Asegurar cumplimiento de ítems mandatorios de talento. Apoyar en el cumplimiento del plan de capacitación anual (SENCE y otras modalidades). Grado universitario en Psicología, Ingeniería Comercial o carrera afín. Idealmente especialización/mención organizacional/gestión de personas. Experiencia de al menos 1 año en Reclutamiento y Selección (excluyente). Deseable experiencia en Capacitación o DO. Herramientas: Manejo de portales de Empleo (Linkedin Recruiter) (excluyente), Manejo Excel intermedio (excluyente), Manejo Franquicia SENCE (deseable), Manejo Inglés intermedio (deseable) Beneficios de unirte a nuestra familia Havas Seguro complementario de vida y salud.
