What We're Looking For 7+ years of experience building and scaling production‑grade web applications in a senior or lead engineering role. Advanced English proficiency. Four‑year college degree (Computer Science, HCI, or related field preferred). Strong experience across front‑end and back‑end development (depth in one area, capability in both). Advanced knowledge of React and Next.js. Solid backend experience with Python. Experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI‑driven features. Understanding of UI/UX principles and product design details. Proven technical leadership and collaboration. Experience building chatbot interfaces or AI‑native products is a plus. Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering. Strong opinions and experience with testing strategies, A/B testing, and safe deployments. Ability to tackle new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries. Experience with continuous integration and delivery. Forensic attention to detail. Positive mindset and can‑do attitude. Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams. Experience with large, complex systems. Extreme ownership of work and commitments. Consistent 40‑hour work week.
