Our customers include DoorDash, Coinbase, Lyft, Instacart and Airtable. What You’ll Do Own end‑to‑end product development: ideation, design, implementation, testing and release. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to design and architect new systems. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software at scale. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables. Deliver performant, reliable, secure, and scalable code. What You Bring 10+ years of experience as a software engineer, with significant work in Python. Leadership skills and a passion for mentoring junior engineers. Hands‑on experience running Scrum rituals (sprint planning, daily stand‑up, sprint review, retrospective). Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture. Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with data stores such as Postgres, MongoDB. Proficiency with Git, GitLab or GitHub and pull‑request review processes. Passion for optimizing services for scale and speed. Desire to learn, collaborate, improve and innovate. Pay Transparency Disclosure We disclose salary ranges to maintain transparency. For the Santiago, Chile location the on‑target earnings or base salary range is ₿ $64,090,000 – $75,400,000 CLP. Target ranges are provided during recruiting discussions.
