Do you have a strong background and passion for Marketing? Then you might be the person we are looking for Take on the role as Marketing Coordinator and become a key part of our team in LATAM. In this role, you will be responsible for driving LATAM Marketing priorities to implement and adapt the marketing strategies at the regional and local level, increasing brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and supporting regional and local sales efforts. The marketing coordinator collaborates closely with: Business Unit Nord-Lock Internal Teams: Coordination with local sales management to align strategies and achieve common goals. Other Business Units at Nord-Lock Group Nord-Lock Group Internal Teams: Regular interaction with the central marketing team, marketing production team and other BU marketing teams for alignment and resource sharing. Support Across Business Units and Regions: Although based in a specific Business Unit, the role contributes to the bigger picture of Nord-Lock Group. This includes supporting cross-BU requests and offering assistance for marketing needs in regions or countries when necessary. External Partners: Effective collaboration with external partners, agencies and freelancers This role will report to the Marketing Manager - Americas for our Business Unit Nord-Lock. We will consider candidates located near our offices in Santiago, Chile or Joinville, Brazil. Relocation is not being offered for the role. As the Marketing Coordinator on our team, you will: Implement the Global Strategy in the region and the position assigned countries Consistently monitor market segments, analyze environmental factors and document findings. Adjust the marketing strategies to align with your market’s cultural, regulatory, and market-specific needs. Be proactive in identifying growth opportunities. Share insights about emerging trends and market needs to achieve and exceed marketing and sales targets. Modify global content to align with the language, culture, and preferences of your markets. Coordinate with internal resources and local agencies to ensure translations and regional content adaptations are effective and accurate. Build Brand Awareness Ensure brand messaging and visuals are consistently applied in all campaigns and initiatives, adapting them for local relevancy where needed. Collaborating closely with the Brand Management team to maintain alignment with global brand guidelines on our own material and by external partners and ensure that any local adaptations preserve the core brand identity and strategic vision. Utilize relevant channels (digital, print, events) to boost Nord-Lock’s brand awareness. This may include regional media, industry associations, and partnerships that amplify our presence and credibility. Support positioning efforts that distinguish our brand in the locally defined focus industries, leveraging content, events, and partnerships to reinforce our reputation. Monitor for potential infringements on Nord-Lock’s intellectual property and trademarks. Report any suspected violations immediately and serve as the primary contact for the IP department, facilitating communication with involved parties and ensuring swift action is taken to protect the brand’s legal and commercial interests. Assist IP department in gathering evidence to protect the brand. Generate and Nurture Leads Research, plan and coordinate the development of region specific high-value content for nurturing marketing leads towards sales qualified leads. Utilize marketing automation to streamline lead nurturing workflows, manage customer journeys, and automate follow-up processes. Ensure that automated touchpoints are strategically placed to guide leads through the sales funnel and maintain engagement. Execute and manage targeted campaigns tailored to both existing and potential customers. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Automation team to develop personalized, data-driven campaigns that enhance lead quality and maximize conversion potential. Use Microsoft Dynamics and other relevant, connected platforms and tools to track and nurture leads, ensuring quality and readiness before passing them to sales. Regularly review and refine lead segmentation based on performance data and feedback from sales. Analyze lead quality and engagement metrics to improve the lead-to-sale conversion rates, working closely with the sales team for insights. Align with Sales Maintain alignment with the sales teams of the position assigned countries by jointly defining targets (accounts, shared KPIs, campaigns…) Hold regular meetings with the sales managers to review campaign outcomes, address challenges, and identify ways to enhance collaboration and support. Monitor the lead handover process and gather feedback from sales to continuously refine lead quality and targeting. Digital Marketing Update local web pages and campaign-specific pages within the CMS. Although the Digital Marketing Team under the Group’s Marketing Production Team holds overall CMS ownership, local marketing team members are responsible for managing localized content updates to ensure relevancy and alignment with ongoing campaigns. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team for technical SEO aspects, while managing regional and local content optimization (e.g., incorporating relevant keywords and adapting content for local SEO standards). Ensure that English language content and keywords meet SEO best practices and align with local market needs and language. Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Team on SEA strategies. Prepare to contribute regional insights and content needs that support strategic paid advertising efforts. Engage with hybrid sales models and other relevant B2B digital platforms to expand reach and optimize lead generation. Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team to identify and leverage emerging platforms that align with the region’s sales and marketing goals. Recognize that digital marketing is dynamic and must adapt to changes and advancements. Stay open-minded and focused on popular trends and developments in the digital marketing landscape, ensuring strategies remain relevant, effective, and innovative. Event Planning and Management Organize and manage regional events, such as tradeshows, conferences, and webinars. Ensure these events are well-coordinated to provide seamless experiences and maximize brand exposure. Collaborate closely with relevant teams to consider the entire process (before, during, and after each event) to optimize planning, execution, and post-event follow-up, ensuring maximum engagement, lead capture, and long-term impact Collaborate with external vendors and partners for logistics and on-site needs, as well as with internal teams to provide relevant materials and support. Track attendance, engagement, and leads from each event to evaluate ROI and inform future planning. Support Distributors and Partners Act as a marketing partner to distributors, providing them with materials and resources to effectively promote our brand and products in local markets. Plan and implement co-marketing initiatives with distributors to strengthen their engagement and our brand’s reach. Ensure distributors are well-versed in our brand positioning and equipped with the necessary tools and information to promote our offerings consistently. Performance Tracking and Optimization Use performance data to adjust campaigns and strategies as needed, ensuring we achieve the best results for each region. Regularly monitor and report on KPIs, such as lead generation, campaign performance, and ROI. Share insights and recommendations based on these metrics to continually refine local and regional tactics. Requirements & Desired Characteristics Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or comparable commercial training. Minimum of 3 years of experience in regional marketing or a similar role. Proven experience in brand building, campaign management and lead generation. Proficient in conducting market research and analysis. Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategy. Proficiency in English, Spanish & Portuguese (written and spoken). Microsoft 365 & Office, MS Dynamics CRM, project management tools (e.g., Asana), basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, …). Strong ability in conducting market research. Familiarity with online marketing, (SEO/SEA, LinkedIn, Meta, Google, etc…) Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and optimize processes.
