**Marketing Coordinator (Video Editing Experience)**:
**Full-Time (40hrs per week), Remote - LatAM**

**About The Role**:
The company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator with strong video production and editing skills to create high-quality, engaging content for their marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative, self-driven professional who understands B2B marketing, preferably with experience in the SaaS industry, and can produce compelling short-form videos to highlight product features. You will be responsible for the end-to-end video production process, from concept development to final editing, ensuring that content is optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and edit **short (15-30 second) feature demo videos** showcasing product functionalities.
- Develop **engaging video content** for marketing campaigns, social media, and the company website.
- Optimize videos for **LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms** to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the **marketing team** to align video content with overall messaging and branding strategies.
- Manage **video production workflows**, including scripting, editing, and finalizing content.

**Requirements**:

- ** Proven experience** in video production and editing for marketing purposes.
- Strong understanding of **B2B marketing**, preferably with experience in **SaaS marketing**.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software**.
- Ability to work **independently** and manage **multiple video projects simultaneously**.
- Strong **visual storytelling skills** and a keen eye for detail.
- ** Ability to work 8hrs per day aligned to PST timezone**
