Requisitos:

Buscamos un Senior Project Manager con experiencia, iniciativa y ganas de crecer personal y profesionalmente. Como Senior Project Manager su responsabilidad general desde el inicio será, la planificación, el diseño, la ejecución, el seguimiento, el control, riesgos y el cierre exitoso de proyectos en diversas áreas.

  1. Formación académica: Ingeniero/a Informática, Técnico en Informática o similar.
  2. Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como Jefe de Proyectos o Project Manager.
  3. Experiencia gestionando proyectos y coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios.

Se relacionará con los directivos y equipo de proyecto del cliente, product owner y negocio, contando con el apoyo del equipo funcional y técnico.

Deberá contar con:
  1. Al menos 6 años de experiencia en proyectos de tecnología.
  2. Al menos 5 años de experiencia liderando proyectos de tecnología.
  3. Experiencia en proceso de levantamiento y planificación de proyecto.
  4. Experiencia en gestión de costos y equipo de proyecto.
  5. Experiencia en gestión de proyectos ágiles y/o cascada.
  6. Experiencia previa en el seguimiento en proyectos de desarrollo de software.
  7. Experiencia gestionando prioridades y asignación de actividades a equipo, incluyendo la supervisión del cumplimiento de dichas tareas.
  8. Habilidades de comunicación efectiva.
  9. Alta organización y capacidad de gestión.
  10. Capacidad analítica.
