Reporting Reporta a la alta dirección (nivel VP). Normalmente define los objetivos de las asignaciones y la programación de los Coordinadores de Soporte Técnico del Área. Role Purpose El rol del ITC consiste en proporcionar soporte técnico y asesoramiento a nuestro equipo global de ventas, ayudando a impulsar y mantener las ventas de Ecolab en las industrias de procesamiento de alimentos y bebidas. Además de apoyar el crecimiento mediante productos y programas existentes, el ITC desempeñará un papel clave en el desarrollo e implementación de nuevas tecnologías. Trabajará estrechamente con los equipos de Ventas, Investigación y Marketing de Productos e Industria para crear, desarrollar y evaluar programas y servicios innovadores que aporten valor sostenible y medible a nuestros clientes actuales y potenciales. Key Responsibilities Soporte a Ventas: Desarrollo de cuentas objetivo: Colaborar con representantes locales para comprender las operaciones del cliente e identificar oportunidades donde las soluciones de Ecolab aporten ventajas en costo total, rendimiento o cubran necesidades no atendidas. Selección de productos: Garantizar que se utilicen los productos o programas más adecuados para cumplir los objetivos de rendimiento. Pruebas en planta: Participar en la definición de criterios de éxito, mejores prácticas de dosificación, indicadores clave, plan de pruebas y análisis de datos. Apoyar pruebas en cuentas corporativas o plantas estratégicas. Auditorías a clientes. Implementación de mejores prácticas. Desarrollo de herramientas para documentar el servicio y el valor añadido de Ecolab. Participación en revisiones anuales de negocio (ABR). Apoyo en pruebas piloto y evaluaciones en planta para nuevos desarrollos tecnológicos. Colaboración en el desarrollo y despliegue de tecnologías digitales. Responsabilidad sobre el propio desarrollo tecnológico. Formación obligatoria en seguridad y procesos de ventas (CMV, VSP, CSP, etc.). Exclusionary Requirements Grado universitario en ingeniería (química o ciencia de alimentos). Inglés intermedio - alto a avanzado (B2 a C2). Dominio de MS Office (Excel y PowerPoint). 8 años de experiencia técnica en la industria. Disponibilidad para viajar a otros países por lo menos 1 vez al mes.
