Buscamos un(a) Sr Coordinator, Regional Core & Emerging Account Development (SA) que será responsable de realizar la gestión comercial operacional de ventas en Chile y la región Andina, manteniendo las relaciones interpersonales y comunicaciones directas con las áreas funcionales de cada cliente (compras, marketing, logística y planificación, producción y calidad), para asegurar los resultados de ventas, volúmenes, precios, satisfacción y lealtad de clientes y prospección de nuevas oportunidades de negocio e innovaciones en la región.

PARA JUNTOS ALCANZAR LO EXTRAORDINARIO, SERÁS RESPONSABLE DE:

  • Participar en la elaboración del plan comercial anual de Ball SA, a través de la información obtenida de los clientes, del entorno y del mercado, que tenga como resultado las acciones comerciales a implementar y el Budget de ventas del país y sus exportaciones dentro de la región.
  • Elaborar el Forecast de ventas de la cartera de clientes asignada (volumen).
  • Mantener el control de órdenes de compra, revisando la información enviada por los clientes junto a las necesidades de producción, con el fin de asegurar que todas las producciones tengan el respaldo necesario.
  • Buscar oportunidades de mejora operacional y optimización con clientes, mediante el entendimiento de sus necesidades, que permitan la lealtad de los mismos.
  • Buscar oportunidades de negocios, a través del análisis del mercado y sus tendencias, con el fin de incrementar la rentabilidad en forma sustentable.
  • Participar y mantener las comunicaciones y relaciones comerciales con todos los clientes, a través de los distintos canales de comunicación, con el fin de asegurar tanto la satisfacción de las necesidades de los mismos.
  • Adoptar y promover los lineamientos en cuanto a Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad, mostrando un compromiso y toma de consciencia de los impactos de los procesos productivos y de las conductas ejercidas; por medio de acciones preventivas y correctivas, procurando una mejora continua de las mismas y a la vez un aumento del uso eficiente de los recursos.
  • Adoptar y promover las mejores prácticas de 5S, estimulando el trabajo organizado y el sentimiento de propiedad, a través de la aplicación de los sentidos de utilización, orden, limpieza, salud y autodisciplina; a fin de procurar una mejora tanto del ambiente de la organización y de la calidad de vida; como también una reducción de costos y aumento de la productividad.

PARA QUE JUNTOS HAGAMOS LA DIFERENCIA, ES NECESARIO QUE TENGAS:

  • Superior Completo en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería en Administración o afín;
  • Deseable curso de Negociación;
  • Deseable postgrado en administración de negocios (MBA);
  • Sistema SAP;
  • Inglés nivel intermedio;
  • Microsoft Office nivel avanzado;
  • Conocimiento en Control de Gestión;
  • Conocimiento de Marketing y Ventas.
