What You'll Be Doing

Client Retention & Growth

  1. Build lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure brand loyalty and repeat business.
  2. Develop personalized sales strategies to encourage frequent reorders and expand product use.
  3. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account value.

Sales Performance & Account Management

  1. Maintain a proven track record of client retention and revenue growth .
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to skincare professionals, guiding them in selecting and using products effectively.
  3. Provide ongoing education about skincare solutions, ensuring clients understand their full benefits.

Communication & Customer Engagement

  1. Ensure all client interactions reflect American business communication styles —professional, engaging, and approachable.
  2. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text , providing timely and thorough support.
  3. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategies that increase brand awareness and sales.

Industry Knowledge & Product Expertise

  1. Leverage your expertise in skincare sales to confidently communicate product benefits.
  2. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market shifts to keep clients ahead of the curve.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted sales approaches tailored to client needs.

Ideal Profile

What We're Looking For

  1. Experience in skincare, beauty, or medical skincare sales —this is a must.
  2. Proven success in client retention and sales growth —show us your track record.
  3. Strong understanding of US culture and communication styles —you know how to engage clients in a way that feels natural and familiar to American professionals.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in fluent, native-level English.
  5. Highly organized and proactive —you manage accounts with precision and efficiency.
  6. Tech-savvy —comfortable using CRM tools and sales platforms to track and manage client interactions.
