Tu misión es construir, escalar y optimizar el revenue engine de Vambe. Serás el arquitecto detrás de nuestro crecimiento, asegurando que el throughput comercial aumente en cada etapa del funnel (desde la preventa hasta el soporte), eliminando fricciones y garantizando predictibilidad y rentabilidad. El alcance del rol incluye inteligencia comercial y operacional, gestión de procesos desde preventa a postventa, enablement, PMO para lanzamientos comerciales y coordinación transversal para destrabar cuellos de botella. No incluye Performance Marketing ni la ejecución de campañas. Si estás obsesionado por el cliente, tienes una mentalidad de atleta con disciplina, velocidad, foco y altos estándares, y buscas convertir el caos del crecimiento en un sistema predecible y escalable, este rol es para ti. Responsabilidades Diseñar y estandarizar procesos, métricas y herramientas para todo el ciclo de vida del cliente. Optimizar el funnel end-to-end para aumentar velocidad, conversión y capacidad instalada. Alinear a Ventas, Onboarding, CS y Soporte bajo un lenguaje operativo común y fuentes de verdad compartidas. Crear y mantener modelos de lead scoring, forecast, segmentación e ICP. Desarrollar dashboards y analítica accionable (Delta MRR, conversiones por etapa, activación, churn). Proveer insights operacionales proactivos para desbloquear oportunidades de ingresos. Construir el sistema de Sales Enablement: entrenamiento, pitch decks, manejo de objeciones y playbooks. Actuar como PMO para lanzamientos de productos, coordinando con Growth y Producto para asegurar un GTM sólido. Entregar feedback estructurado a Marketing sobre la calidad de los leads. Destrabar cuellos de botella en procesos desde preventa hasta postventa. Gestionar proyectos comerciales y asegurar que los equipos cuenten con materiales y entrenamiento adecuado. Requisitos Trayectoria en RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth Ops o consultoría estratégica, preferiblemente en entornos SaaS B2B. Conocimiento en automatización de procesos, creación de modelos, herramientas de BI, y gestión de CRM. Capacidad de traducir insights en acción, con orientación a resultados comerciales mediante trabajo en equipo e impactando estructuras desde ventas hasta soporte.
