Main Purpose Responsible for identifying and tracking tender opportunities, ensuring full compliance with all requirements, and preparing the necessary documentation for digital submission. Additionally, this role analyzes market trends and competitor activity and monitors the fulfillment of commitments throughout the entire tender cycle. Your mission will be to: Identify open tenders and review their requirements. Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for tender submissions. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and recent tender outcomes. Maintain detailed records of past tenders, awarded suppliers, and contract conditions. Monitor the execution of awarded tenders, ensuring compliance with sales targets, delivery timelines, and contractual obligations. Act as a liaison between internal teams and institutions issuing tenders. Track compliance throughout the tender period, including sales performance and delivery commitments. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support future tender strategies. Unlock your potential Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 2+ years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of tender processes, market access basics, and public procurement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis/reporting. Experience with Chilean government portals. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Effective communication skills and stakeholder management. High integrity, compliance mindset, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
