In this role, you will continuously monitor market performance and operational metrics, spot and remove roadblocks that limit growth, and partner with territory teams to unlock potential, accelerate performance, and strengthen business impact. What You'll Do Identify root causes of risks and opportunities, propose actionable solutions, and evaluate tradeoffs to recommend the best path forward. Execute, refine, and scale core analyses and processes across LatAm and beyond. Regularly review performance, monitor KPIs, and design initiatives to sustainably improve results. Partner with the commercial team to understand their challenges and uncover opportunities to enhance our systems.
